Rev. Sean M. Lee, Lead Pastor
Pastor Sean’s journey in ministry began in childhood, growing up in the church and serving faithfully in Sunday School, youth church, and music ministry. After graduating from Howard High School in Delaware, he studied at Delaware Technical Community College, North Carolina A&T State University, Wilmington University, and Palmer Theological Seminary.
He has served as a worship pastor, church planter, and global missionary—supporting education and outreach efforts in Kenya, Ghana, India, China, Germany, and beyond. Pastor Sean planted congregations in North Carolina and Delaware, with a heart for creative outreach such as food giveaways and flag football leagues.
In 2018, he felt the Holy Spirit calling him to the United Methodist Church, where he has served with Mount Joy UMC and Asbury UMC. Most recently, he was Lead Pastor at Buttonwood UMC, where the church experienced vibrant growth.
Pastor Sean is a proud father and grandfather who cherishes time with his two “grand-kisses.” His global travels to ten countries has shaped his vision of a connected and compassionate church. His passion for music, worship, and creativity energizes his ministry.

Bruce Martins, Church Steward
Recently married and the youngest of four brothers, Bruce is originally from Brazil and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He keeps our building running smoothly—handling maintenance, room setup, cleaning, special projects, and scheduling. Bruce also successfully secured a grant to fund important security upgrades for Skyline. When he’s not caring for the church, you’ll find him staying active with triathlons, workouts, and gardening.
We are so grateful for Bruce and the many ways he serves our community!

Samantha Diggins, Communications Assistant
She creates the weekly bulletin, manages emails, maintains the church calendar, handles background checks and serves as the main point of contact for building tenants. Sam makes sure everything is organized and on track. Her strong communication and organizational skills make her a perfect fit for this role—all while balancing a full-time job as a supervisor at a local company.
We are so thankful for Sam and the many ways she helps keep our church connected and organized!
